Hi! In most cases, Korean language ability is essential if you want to get a job in a Korean company. Almost all job postings require at least TOPIK Level 4 as a minimum standard especially if the position is full-time or visa sponsorship is needed. Your background with an MBA in HR/IT is great, but improving your Korean language skills will definitely make a big difference in your job search. Good luck!
