Ah, are you referring to data intelligence or business/data analysis roles? To be honest, those positions exist in Korea, but it's not very common for companies to hire foreigners specifically for them — unless there’s a clear reason (like bilingual skills, international market experience, or a very unique technical background). Many Korean companies prefer hiring locals for these roles because of the language requirements, the need for frequent internal communication, and sometimes even the expectation of long-term employment. So if you’re aiming for these positions as a foreigner, I’d recommend: - Targeting global companies or startups in Korea that use English as a working language, - Highlighting any special value you bring (e.g. cross-border market insights, rare certifications, etc.), - And improving your Korean language skills, ideally to TOPIK Level 4 or higher. Just wanted to be upfront so you can prepare strategically. I’m cheering you on!
