Job Description

* Develop and execute online marketing strategies. * Manage performance marketing campaigns. * Conduct market research and trend analysis. * Analyze customer needs and develop strategies. * Discover new channels and promotions to drive sales.

Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience * College degree or higher * Understanding of digital marketing and online shopping malls is required * Experience operating a social media platform is preferred * Team collaboration and communication skills are essential * The ability to efficiently connect sales through data analysis is required * Creative problem-solving skills are a plus * International applicants are welcome

Preferred

* Experience in advertising operations and online shopping mall management is preferred. * Fluency in Japanese/English is preferred (though Korean is also a must). * Creative content creators are welcome. * Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) are also welcome.
