Q. Can I get a job while I am living in Korea?
It is much easier to get a job for residents in Korea
than residents overseas. We provide you a job based

Q. I am currently having a D-2 (or D-10) visa. Can I get a (semi) professional job issuing the work visa E-7?

If your nationality is included in one of
these as follows: USA, UK, Canada, Australia,

Q. Is it essential to have a certificate of korean language such as TOPIK or KIIP to get a job in Korea?
Technically, it is not essential. But those certificates are
very useful and helpful for getting a job. In particular,
these could make E-7 work visa issued fast.
For the F-2 residence visa issue, however, it requires KIIP lv.5.
Q. I would like to stay in Korea, what visa should I obtain?
It depends on the purpose of staying.

Q. How could I get a work visa in Korea?
E-9 work visa is issued through ‘EPS(Employment Permit System)’
governments’ bilateral program. The 16 countries: Thailand,
Philippines, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Indonesia, Mongolia, Pakistan,
Uzbekistan, Cambodia, China, Bangladesh, Nepal, Myanmar,
Kyrgyzstan, East Timor, Laos; are subject to this program.
However, for E-7 (semi)professional work visa, a job offer
from a company/institution in Korea needs.
Q. Can I go to Korea with a tourist visa?
Since K-ETA(visa free entry) has been officially implemented as of September 1, 2021,
so far 96 countries are available for K-ETA application.
However, this is not a visa to stay. For more information in detail,

Q. Can I invite my family overseas to Korea?
It depends on your visa type as well.
But in general, spouse or children could
get invited with the F-3 co-residence visa.
And C-3(short-term visit, up to 90days) visa
could be available for inviting your parents depending on situation.
Q. Which visa do I need to obtain to get my own business in Korea?
If you are planning to do your business in Korea,
you should obtain D-8(Incorporate investment) or
D-9(Trade-Business) visa. But the requirements and
the process of issuing them are quite strict and complicated.

Q. Can I shift my G-1 visa to another one?
It is hardly possible I would say.
If you’d like to get another visa,
getting out first and getting in with
a newly issued visa would be highly recommended.
Q. I’d like to learn korean with staying in Korea.
D-4 visa is for the korean learners.
You can go to korean language school in Korea.
For D-4 visa issue, academic records in Highschool
and aspire for korean study would be required.
Also, each language school has different rules for school entry.

Q. I’d like to go to korean university / college.
You can go to college in Korea with obtaining the D-2 visa.
TOPIK lv.3 or higher and academic record in Highschool are
very important to get into the schools. And please contact

Q. How long would it take to get a student visa and when can I go to school?
Generally, most of schools begin their semester on March/September
and take applications 2-3 months before the semester.
The total period to get the process done would take 2months or more.
Thus, it would be better to prepare the process more than 2 months in advance.
Q. How would it cost to go study in Korea?
In general, $ 10,000 of deposit is required.
nd around $6,000 - $7,000 of school fee and living expenses would cost per year.

School application, Graduate certification,
Financial certification, Health certification,
Certificate of Family Relations need as basic
