Is KVAC an official Korean visa application agency?

Hi, I have a question about KVAC. I’m planning to go to Korea on an E-7 visa, and I already got my Certificate for Confirmation of Visa Issuance. I was going to submit my visa application at the Korean Embassy in the Netherlands, but I just found out that all visa applications now have to go through KVAC in The Hague. Is KVAC an official Korean government visa center, or is it a private company? Can I trust them with my application? Thanks for your help!
