Hello. The company I am currently interning at wants to hire me and sponsor my e7 visa. Do you know how the process work? Can I keep working while my new visa is being processed? My internship is scheduled to end in 2 weeks, and the new contract will come in the day before the internship ends.

Usually, once your internship period ends, you should not keep working until your E7 is approved. That’s why many people apply for the E7 while they are still doing the internship, so there is no gap
