Job that offers visa sponsorship for foreigners with tourist visa

Hi! Are there companies in korea who offers jobs with visa sponsorship to foreigners with tourist visa only? If yes, how or where can I find those? I am an Industrial Engineer and my background is Project Management and Internal Quality Audit but I am open to more general jobs.
