Looking for a city to move to in Korea

Hi! I’m a foreigner currently living in a small town in Jeollanam-do, but I’m planning to move to another city soon because of limited job opportunities here. I’m looking for a place where it’s possible to find work but that isn’t too crowded like Seoul. Ideally somewhere scenic with mountains for hiking, a climbing gym, and good train access. Does anyone have recommendations for cities or areas in Korea that might fit this? (edited)
