F-2-7 visa required documents and eligibility

hello! last year i graduated from a korean university (bachelor) and switched from D2 to D10. however, i later found out that at that time i was actually eligible for an F-2-7 visa since my country provided support during the Korean War giving me additional 20 bonus points totaling to 85 points. my questions are: 1. can i still apply for F-2-7 visa even though i am currently on D10 and unemployed? 2. i’ve read from different sources that the F-2-7 requires meeting a mandatory income requirement. since I don’t currently have income, would this automatically disqualify me? 3. I know someone who applied directly from their D2 to F-2-7 and didn’t need to submit income proof. does it mean required documents are different for D2>F-2-7 and D10>F-2-7? (could it be because she’s a GKS recipient graduating with a master’s degree?) sorry if it’s too long but i would really appreciate your help. thank you!
