D-4 to D-10
Hi again! I'm looking into applying for D-10 as an option after completing language school. I just have a clarification from one item in KoWork's points-based checklist: From what office/agency do I get the "Recommendation for issuance of job-seeking visa by the relevant central administrative head and overseas diplomat"? This would be the make-or-break of my total points, and I've been looking all over the internet but there's not one answer so I'm not sure if it's a recommendation from my country's embassy or somewhere else. Thank you for the help in advance!
