Hello, this is Haebom, a beauty service reservation and accompanying interpretation service for foreign customers in Korea. We believe that the true meaning of K-beauty lies in understanding myself and finding my own unique beauty based on this. Based on this, we provide services to become a communication channel so that foreign tourists can participate in beauty services such as personal color diagnosis, skin condition diagnosis, and makeup classes without barriers. We are recruiting a CX team operation manager to create this service together. In 2023 alone, Haebom, a service that was visited by customers in about 50 countries, is looking for someone who wants to create a more useful and fun global service with customers of various nationalities. Responsibilities Haebom's CX team is a team that designs customer experiences within the platform. We are looking for someone who will manage and improve customer experiences from A to Z, from customers who are new to the service to reservations and on-site operations, and create the core of Haebom services together. - Responding to customer service and website usage inquiries (90% or more of responses are made via messenger and email. No inbound) - Managing customer reservation processes - On-site operation management

Qualifications

- Basic computer skills are required. (email, Google Drive usage, Excel sheet management, etc.) - Smooth communication is essential as we are the team closest to our customers. - Haebom's customers are foreigners, but you must be able to communicate freely in Korean with our Korean affiliate representatives.
