Job Description

Establish, implement, coordinate, and manage the overall process based on development knowledge Collect development requirements and coordinate opinions from internal/external members of the development team Calculate project schedule by period and manage deadlines considering project scope, available resources, etc. Manage risks related to the development process and manage team members Manage overseas local developer (Indonesia) projects

Qualifications

IT development experience or high level of business understanding Excellent project deadline setting and schedule management skills Able to communicate smoothly with related departments outside of the development team Ability to speak English at a business level

Computer Engineering major (or related major) Experience in managing foreign developers Possess IT-related qualifications Experience in IT development Speak Indonesian (Indonesian speakers)
