We are pioneers in the plant-based cheese industry, offering a delicious, vegan, and sustainable alternative to traditional food. We aim to revolutionize the way people consume food, making the world a healthier, more sustainable place. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Sales Manager to join our team in Seoul. In this role, you will manage and grow key accounts, working to expand our footprint in the US market. You will play a critical role in building relationships with partners, distributors, and clients, ensuring successful sales strategies and execution. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners in the US. • Identify new business opportunities and execute strategies to drive sales growth in the US market. • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create tailored solutions for clients. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and distributors to maximize profitability. • Monitor and analyze sales performance, trends, and market conditions to adjust strategies as needed. • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For: • Proven experience as an Account Sales Manager or similar sales role, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry. • Strong understanding of the US market, with experience managing accounts and driving sales growth in the region. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Proficient in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) • Native English speaker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
