Job Description

- Design and establish global brand fragrance strategy - Analysis of global customer fragrance preferences and characteristics - Evaluation and analysis of global brand fragrance - Design of brand fragrance direction considering global regional fragrance trends, brand characteristics, customer characteristics, etc. - Workplace: Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea

Qualifications

1. Degree: Bachelor's degree or higher (major is irrelevant) 2. Experience: Those with more than 5 years of experience developing fragrances for global perfume and cosmetics brands - Those with long-term overseas residence experience (nationality does not matter) - Those who can establish fragrance strategies for cosmetics brands - Those with cosmetics product fragrance development skills - Those who can analyze fragrances/odors and trends for cosmetics products - Ability to understand global customer characteristics (related to fragrance) - English language skills at a level higher than business conversation - Applicants who do not have any disqualifications for overseas travel or health - For foreign nationals) Applicants who have TOPIK Korean language proficiency level 4 or higher, and do not have any disqualifications for employment in Korea or employment visas

Preferred

- Master's degree or higher - Major in chemistry, biology, food, or cosmetics - Experience in analyzing global customer characteristics (scent-related)/customer research in the US/Europe, etc. - Experience working for a global perfume/cosmetic brand or fragrance company
