This role involves identifying various plant hobbyist segments and subcultures, cataloging relevant online communities for each group, engaging with them, and promoting our services through content sharing. • Segment global plant audiences enthusiasts based on their purchasing behaviors and interests. • Identify and compile a list of relevant online communities for each segment. • Define the primary types of content and conversation topics consumed within each community. • Develop content strategies tailored to introduce our service, Plantingo, to each community. • Create and post engaging content to drive user acquisition and awareness of our service. • Identify content creators (e.g., YouTube, Instagram) who would benefit from using our platform and craft compelling offers to encourage their participation. • Collaborate with content creators, with the option to engage in paid partnerships if necessary.

Qualifications

• Originates from North America, Australia, or Europe. • Has experience with plant care or grew up in a plant-loving household. • Experienced in organic content marketing and community-driven engagement (non-paid marketing).
