Job Description

Initial Phase: - Manage the operation and processing of transfers for SentBe's transfer service - Provide customer support and respond to inquiries related to transfer through various channels (chat, phone, email) - Propose solutions for managing customer experience and enhancing satisfaction Growth Phase: - Design and implement customer experience (CX) strategies, continuously evaluating and improving performance -Improve systems and processes to enhance customer service (CS) efficiency -Develop strategies for lead generation and identifying potential customers -Foster synergy within the organization and successfully drive projects by closely collaborating with various departments

Qualifications

Nationality: Indonesia Visa type: D2 or F visa Customer-oriented Good communication and teamwork skills Good at Korean and English Able to work on a weekend Able to work in Ansan or Gimhae

Preferred

Having experience in Remittance is preferable Excellent communication skill A good command of the Korean language.
