[Marketing and Design] Role Description: This role for a "Marketing and Design" Intern at AvoLingo. The Marketing and Design Intern will be responsible for creating visual content for marketing campaigns, assisting in market research, and providing visually striking designs for corporate documents, client documents, websites and mobile & web applications. Qualifications: • Proven and Good Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop etc.) and Design Skills • Visual Portfolio • Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills • Ability to create visually appealing marketing materials • Strong attention to detail and creativity • Interest in the EdTech industry • Experience as a designer is a plus • UI/UX Training, Experience and/or certificate is a plus. [Business Development] Role Description: This Sales Development role at AvoLingo involves outbound calling, market research, lead generation, and building client relationships. It offers remote learning and development in business development, with occasional event attendance. Native Korean and fluent English are required. Qualifications: • Outbound Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales skills • Customer Service and Communication skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work independently and remotely • Sales or related experience is a plus • Presentation Skills and Presentations • Interest in lead generation and market research • Strong communication skills • Ability to work independently and remotely • Proficiency in MacOS, Google Workspace, Canva, Excel and other business software • Curiosity to learn sales and business development strategies • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Outgoing and proactive attitude • Experience in the language-learning industry is a plus • Knowledge and passion about AI and the future direction of AI is a must • Korean and English Language Skills
