[Bubble Tap] Data Analyst

Job Description

• Analyze data created by our service and users; derive insights and make forecasts to expand menu of services and broaden market share • Create, manage, visualize, and communicate key metrics to stakeholders • Analyze service user behavior and engagement metrics to identify trends and patterns • Create data-driven plan to manage expansion into foreign markets • Collaborate with other teams within BubbleTap, Inc. to develop data-driven strategies for service evolution • Build real-time cloud-based data analysis environment to support decision-making • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve user experience and implement dynamic pricing models • Build classifiers and regressors to understand user preferences and optimize recommendations

Qualifications

• Three-plus years of data analytics related education or work experience; eager to learn advanced data analytics and apply it to real-world data; aptitude for quantitative reasoning and analysis; • MySQL, PostgreSQL query to extract big data (BubbleTap, Inc.'s database tables contain, on average, millions of samples and hundreds of features); • Google Analytics 4; • Data import, manipulation, EDA, Statistical Analysis, Machine Learning via R or Python; • Neural Network, LLM training data preprocessing and hyperparameter tuning; • Broad experience using various AI services such as ChatGPT, Claude Sonnet, Perplexity, Character Chatbot, Stable Diffusion, etc; • Is eager to learn and apply the newest concepts in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and data analysis; • Satisfactory completion of SQL and data analytics tasks during the interview; • Fluency in English is a must and fluency in a second foreign language is preferred.
