Job Description

Establishment and execution of English-speaking influencer collaboration marketing strategy - (TikTok, Instagram) Short-form content planning/influencer search & recruitment/data-based performance analysis - Derivation of product USP and development direction insights through content trend, market, and competitor analysis - Management and advancement of key influencer partnerships - Discovery and management of local influencer agencies in the US

Qualifications

- At least 1 year of influencer marketing experience - Someone who has experience working with influencers (or has been an influencer themselves) - Someone who has an understanding of beauty/skincare content planning - Someone who can communicate in English through business emails (writing & reading ability) - Someone who has analyzed performance based on numbers

- Native-level English proficiency - Experience working at an MCN or influencer marketing agency - Experience living in an English-speaking country or having a high level of cultural understanding - People who shop online a lot - People who are interested in skincare and beauty - People who have experience selling physical items in any form, such as through a blog or Instagram market
