Job Description

1. Establish and execute strategies for the advancement of Thailand business. - Establish and execute marketing/sales strategies through analysis of the Thai market and competitors - Manage KPI indicators and P&L to achieve business goals - Plan and execute campaigns and promotions to increase sales and awareness - Manage Thailand part 2. Develop sales growth engines and operate sales channels. - Advance business through close collaboration with Thailand corporations and marketing/sales departments - Discover new business partners (B2B) and select and manage agencies - Expand and efficiently operate online/offline sales channels

Qualifications

- Those with more than 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent capabilities - Those who are fluent in Thai (Business Level) - Those who can enter local online/offline markets and establish business strategies - Those who have marketing and brand sales experience based on an understanding of the Thai market

Preferred

- A Thai person who is fluent in Korean and has relevant experience (TOPIK level 5 or higher, visa support available) - Someone who has experience entering the Thai market or has experience in business advancement from early to mid-term - Someone who has work experience at a fashion brand - Someone who has smooth communication skills - Someone who can derive insights through data analysis and establish an action plan based on them - Someone who can take the initiative in performing tasks and grow themselves through reflection
