Job Description

• Establish and implement marketing strategies targeting the Chinese market • Increase hospital brand awareness in China • Operate and respond to hospital's Chinese SNS channels (Xiaohongshu, Instagram, WeChat, Weibo, etc.) • Proficient in producing Insta Reels and Xiaohongshu videos • Cooperate and build relationships with local Chinese partners • Communicate with Chinese clients, influencers, and partners • SNS customer response and CS, translation work

Qualifications

• Fluent in Chinese and Korean (native-level skills) • At least 1 year of marketing experience • Experience in operating marketing campaigns using the Xiaohongshu platform • Experience in recruiting influencers and conducting promotional marketing work • Understanding of hospitals, healthcare, and beauty industries • Sensitive to trends and data • Frequently consuming online community, SNS, and YouTube content and able to extract logical insights about content * Attachment of your SNS link or work (portfolio) is required *

Preferred

• Someone with a local network in China • Understanding of Chinese laws and certification procedures • Native speaker fluent in Korean • Someone with excellent Photoshop/video editing skills
