Job Description
1/ Order Management - Supporting for Service Sales to facilitate order and sales processing. - Supporting for collecting, auditing, and organizing all relevant documentation in the GE BOX system - Supporting the management of Salesforce (SFDC) opportunities to enhance forecasting precision. - Validating order details before system booking(Apttus) 2/ Sales Management - Updating customer information in SFDC - Updating new employee in SFDC - Documentation of contract related such as (defect performance guarantee insurance policy, stamp duty, local development bond payment, etc.) 3/ General - Assist Channel Managers with technical inquiries and matters - Supporting channel partners commission calculation - Supporting service sales marketing or event activities
Qualifications
- Basic English document reading, simple email writing - Excel user - Foreign sales management experience
