UX Researcher (Japan)

Job Description

※ This position is a 1-year contract position. - Conduct research by communicating with customers who experience the services created by Ridi and the content provided on the Ridi platform through various channels. - Collaborate closely with various organizations within the company, such as content planning/production, products, brands, and marketing, and deliver applicable insights in a timely manner. - In particular, you will conduct extensive research on Japan, meet Japanese customers directly, and work while communicating with Japanese partners. - Deriving insights necessary for content/IP business strategies, such as market analysis, customer lifestyles, and trends in Japan.

Qualifications

- Someone who can communicate freely with Japanese customers and partners - Someone who can plan qualitative guidelines, quantitative questionnaires, etc. in Japanese

Preferred

- Those with extensive experience working in a Japanese branch or in Japan - Those who enjoy content such as webtoons, comics, and web novels and have a high level of understanding of content business - Those with experience in UX consulting, UX design, and market research companies - Those with experience in UX Research at IT companies or startups
