We are looking for a Product Growth Analyst who will optimize the user's product experience based on "insight from data" and evolve the way people around the world communicate. ✔ In this position, you will be responsible for the following tasks: You will play a key role in analyzing behavioral data from millions of users to discover new growth opportunities for the product, and connecting these to real business impact. - Discover hidden patterns and opportunities in massive product usage data - Preemptively respond to changes in user behavior with AI/ML-based predictive models - Define and optimize global users' product experience with data - Deriving data-based insights that serve as the basis for ultra-fast growth [Your Impact] - Manage and optimize key indicators of global AI platform services - Innovate global users' product experience - Create new value by combining AI technology and data - Establish a data-based product decision-making culture [Key Responsibilities] * Product Experience & UI Optimization - Deriving UI/UX improvements by combining user behavior data and feedback - Defining and tracking usability metrics for each UI element * UI optimization through Rapid Experimentation (conducting experiments once a week) - Close collaboration with the product team for rapid product reflection of experiment results * Quantitative Analysis - Analyze user behavior patterns based on behavioral data - Analyze cohorts by user segment and derive insights - Define key product indicators and build a dashboard - Optimize user journey based on data (User journey map) * Growth Analytics - Design and track key indicators based on the AARRR framework - Product improvement through A/B test design/analysis - Predict subscriber churn and develop up-selling models * Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate with product team PO to develop data-based functions - Support for establishing product roadmap based on data insights - Build and automate BI dashboards - Report key indicators and insights to management

Qualifications

✔ We are looking for someone with the following capabilities * 5+ years of experience in data analysis/growth for B2B or B2C SaaS/AI services * Experience achieving two or more of the following quantitative results: - Improvement of product core indicators by 40% or more - Improvement of Retention Rate by 40% or more - Achievement of Core Action Conversion by 60% or more * Advanced use of data analysis tools required (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, etc.) * Experience in designing A/B tests and statistical validation * Experience using data visualization tools (at least one of Tableau, Looker, Redash) * Advanced use of Product Analytics tools (at least one of Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA) * Korean language proficiency required.
