'Music Library for Filmmakers and Storytellers' Stella Music is a music tech startup that helps content creative industries such as Netflix movies, advertisements, and brands to easily and quickly use music copyrights. We operate 'Stela', an online-based music licensing platform that collects and services music from IP partners, music distributors, and labels around the world in one place. Recognized for its business model, we attracted follow-up investments from major ACs and VCs such as Infobank, CNT Tech, and Korea Venture Investment within 6 months of the first seed investment, and we are a team that is growing rapidly in all aspects and longing for better changes, such as conducting PoC with SM Entertainment in the first half of 2024. As a member of a team of copyright experts, we are looking for colleagues who will create our products together. | Team Introduction The Music Content Team is a core team that challenges itself to build relationships with major American record labels and distributors that supply music and create explosive synergy in the process of collaboration. In order to discover key music content with high licensing and monetization potential, we are reflecting the level of content partners and expanding value through various services such as new partnership discovery, management, and settlement with domestic and global record labels and publishers (music publishers). | Main tasks • Find new music networks and partners, and proactively proceed with the copyright contract process. • Manage the entire OKR establishment and execution process and lead decision-making. • Manage music licenses, publishing, and metadata. • Responsible for collaboration with the technology organization to achieve goals and performance. Qualifications

We need a license manager and market maker. You must be able to establish content strategy and sales strategy for the team every month, and take the lead in discovering new partners and projects through communication with C-level executives. • Multilingual skills (English required) • Experience in music, entertainment, content, and copyright • Excellent negotiation and communication skills • Project management experience
