Job Description

- Lead global B2B sales and explore new markets. - Identify and manage overseas buyers. - Oversee the entire export process, including contracts, logistics, and customs clearance. - Analyze market trends and dynamics in international markets. - Manage team operations and performance.

Qualifications

- Education: No specific requirement. - Experience: Minimum of 7 years (experience in the cosmetics industry preferred). - Experience in B2B transactions and knowledge of export operations. - Proven experience dealing with major global markets (e.g., the U.S., Europe, Middle East, Asia). - Proficiency in English is required.
