[Contract] Indonesian Content Localization & Business Development Manager

Job Description

- Plan and produce Kitto content, and localize it to fit the Indonesian market. - Produce content that reflects the preferences and trends of local Indonesian users. - Create and apply tone and manner guidelines that fit the Indonesian market. - Perform business development work to enter the Indonesian market. - Analyze content consumption trends and distribution structures in the local Indonesian market to explore business opportunities. - Discover new business models that fit the Indonesian market and investigate feasibility. - Discover local partners in Indonesia, proactively communicate, and collaborate. - Monitor and analyze local competitors and service trends to reflect them in strategies.

Qualifications

- Those with native-level Indonesian language skills - Those who can communicate fluently in Korean - Those who can create services and content based on a deep understanding of the local Indonesian language and culture - Those who have experience in directly operating and growing SNS channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) - Those who are not disqualified from employment in Korea - In the case of foreigners, those who hold a visa that allows employment in Korea or those who can obtain a visa - Support for visas such as D10 and E7 is available
