CX Manager (Japan Business)

Job Description

- Responsible for "amood" customer communication tasks through call channels and online channels. - Create response templates for various situations that arise during customer communication. - When implementing new functions and services for "amood", consider new scenarios for customer experience and create related guides. - Support Japanese translation when updating the "amood" app.

Qualifications

[ Common ] - We are looking for someone who can collaborate and communicate smoothly with team members and other departments. - We are looking for someone who takes charge of their work with a sense of responsibility. [ Japanese Nationality ] Korean - We are looking for someone who has a TOPIK (Korean Language Proficiency Test) Level 5 or higher. - We are looking for someone who can have daily conversations and communicate with Korean colleagues. Visa - We are looking for someone with a work visa (F2 / F6 / E7 / other working holiday visas). - For working holiday visas, we need to confirm the period of economic activity. CS Skills - We are looking for someone who can perform basic PC tasks. - We are looking for someone who can use business Japanese fluently. - It would be nice if you have CS work experience.

- If you can quantify the CX process and improve customer response satisfaction and efficiency, that's great. - If you're a member who deals with customers the most closely, that's great if you can think about the root of the difficulties customers face. - If you have development-related knowledge and are good at technical communication, that's great. - If you're comfortable using software such as Slack, Excel, and Notion, that's even better.
