Job Description

- Operation of HINS Japan SNS (Instagram, X, etc.) channels - Planning and production of SNS content targeting Japanese audiences - Execution and management of experience groups and viral campaigns - Overall copywriting for content and campaigns - Efficiency improvement and insight derivation through content performance analysis - Monitoring consumer reviews on SNS - Optimization of product detail pages for Japanese customers - Support for PR work (Japanese translation, seeding product packaging, etc.)

Qualifications

- Someone with 1~3 years of related work experience - Someone who can communicate fluently in Korean and Japanese - Someone who can use Photoshop and MS Office programs - Someone who has a high level of understanding of the Japanese beauty market and is sensitive to SNS logic and the latest trends - Someone who is good at hooking copywriting that stimulates the desire to purchase

Preferred

- Japanese national or someone who has lived in Japan for more than 3 years - Korean TOPIK level 5 or higher (or someone who can speak Korean equivalent to that) - Someone with creative thinking and communication skills - Someone who can handle work meticulously based on a sense of responsibility for projects - Someone who can use collaboration tools such as Notion, Slack, and Google Sheet
