Job Description

MD • Establish operational strategies to maximize sales through online channels such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop in the Philippines • Operate internal advertising accounts for online channels such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop in the Philippines • Manage inventory and shipment • Plan major promotions • Establish joint marketing plans with team leaders and marketers Marketing • Joint marketing to strengthen brand awareness and convert sales in the Philippines • Plan and execute Philippine influencer content • Establish and execute all performance marketing such as meta and channel-specific shop advertisements, and monitor efficiency • Establish joint promotion plans with MDs within the team • Operate and support other sales & marketing activities within the team * The above tasks can be adjusted based on the applicant's relevant experience and preferences

Qualifications

• Those who have successful experience in operating e-commerce channels or working with local agencies in ASEAN countries (especially the Philippines) • A person who can do business in English • Anyone who can speak Tagalog

• Preference given to Filipinos • Those with experience living in the Philippines • Those with experience working at a comprehensive advertising agency or e-commerce platform • Those with experience working as an influencer
