Job Description

• Provides game company marketing optimization solutions and operates campaigns • Designs, sets, and operates customized campaigns tailored to the game company's marketing goals • Achieves efficient results through real-time monitoring and performance optimization during campaigns • Supports the entire marketing cycle from pre-orders to user acquisition (UA) and retention campaigns • Analyzes performance and derives improvement measures based on key indicators (CPI, ROAS, Retention, etc.) • Establishes and executes data-based KPI optimization strategies • Establishes a foundation for continuous cooperation by building long-term relationships with major game companies and agencies in Japan • Discovers re-sell, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities to increase advertising sales and improve partner satisfaction • Proposes platform improvement directions based on partner and user feedback • Supports UX improvement and introduction of new features in cooperation with internal teams

Qualifications

• Deep interest and understanding of mobile games: Those who have an interest in mobile game trends and various genres, and understand the psychology and behavioral patterns of game users • Data analysis capabilities: Those who have data analysis capabilities that can analyze marketing performance data and derive insights • Customer-centered thinking: Those who prioritize the success of customers (game companies) and are interested in building long-term relationships • Communication skills: Those who can work smoothly with internal teams (development, marketing, sales) and proactively communicate with customers • Japanese language skills: Those who are Japanese or have native-level communication skills. Those who have a high level of understanding of Japanese culture or have experience living in Japan

• Performance marketing experience: Experience in advertising execution and improving key performance indicators such as CPI, ROAS, and Retention • Experience in improving marketing campaign performance: Experience in solving problems during campaign execution and improving performance through optimization work • B2B sales experience: Experience in B2B sales targeting game companies or IT companies, or experience in leading cooperative relationships with clients • Project management experience: Experience in successfully completing projects by collaborating with various teams • Game user: Experience in games, enjoying games of various genres, and understanding user experience well • Cross-sell / Up-sell experience: Experience in suggesting additional solutions to existing customers and increasing sales
