[ESTsoft] AI Translation and Localization Project Manager (Contract)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Managing multilingual video translation projects, including scheduling and quality control - Collaborating closely with our AI Research Lab and Quality teams to continuously improve translation quality - Identifying and managing appropriate linguists and freelancers for specific projects - Overseeing communication between localization teams, AI research, and development teams - Implementing quality assurance processes for all translation deliverables - Leading project management efforts on AI-related translation initiatives

Qualifications

- Native English speaker - Graduate degree or completion of studies from a domestic or international translation/interpretation graduate school - Native-level proficiency in both Korean and English - 2+ years of project management experience - Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams - Strong understanding of AI products and technologies, particularly in language processing - Experience with CAT tools (Trados, Memoq, etc.) - Strong understanding of localization best practices for AI products - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
