Big Platform: Learn on a top-tier digital marketing platform, gaining an understanding of ByteDance’s global commercialization business logic; Diversity: Rotate across multiple countries in the APAC region for 12 months, covering the entire platform and process to develop into a versatile digital marketing expert; Strong Mentorship: A comprehensive, customized training system with exclusive mentors guiding and supporting growth. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications： 1. Candidates should have a passion for the internet industry and a strong enthusiasm for digital marketing, with a proactive learning mindset, excellent learning ability, logical thinking, innovative capabilities, and sharp market insight. 2. English must be used as a working language, with strong communication skills and good teamwork abilities, capable of influencing and motivating others; 3. Self-driven, resilient, curious about new things, and able to make judgments on complex matters; 4. Be open to 1-2 years of rotational roles and willing to relocate within the APAC region.
