Law Firm Russian Customer Service (Telephone Response)

Job Description

1. Responding to phone calls and messages from Russian and CIS clients residing in Korea 2. Communicating with clients and receiving basic information at the initial stage of legal consultation and case referral 3. Summarizing client inquiries from Russian → Korean or English 4. Supporting communication with in-house lawyers 5. Assisting with writing and translating other simple documents

Qualifications

1. Russian native language level 2. Korean upper-intermediate or higher (TOPIK level 4 or higher)

Preferred

1. Able to communicate in English for basic business purposes 2. Possess legal residency in Korea (regardless of visa type, but long-term residents are given preference)
