Job Description

Semiconductor Process Technology Engineer (or R&D Engineer): - Write technical documents (specifications, instructions, etc.) required for product production - Analyze causes of semiconductor packaging process technology problems and devise solutions - Improve product productivity (yield, quality, cycle time) - Research and develop new products and processes - Improve product performance and develop next-generation semiconductor PKG mass production Semiconductor Quality Engineer: - Identify situations and problems occurring at all stages of the product and provide feedback - Identify, confirm, and provide feedback on customer requirements for products - Respond to customer visits and audits and provide periodic quality data feedback - Review all changes requested by customers and product customer supply specifications - Organize product specifications into standard documents, register, and manage Site Manager: - Manage semiconductor PKG manufacturing/production sites - Manage manufacturing line personnel (shift work arrangements, attendance, safety, etc.) - Maintain manufacturing line environment (clean room, raw/auxiliary materials, equipment, etc.) - Report on production activities and manage manufacturing processes (work instructions, production performance, and failure reporting) - Maintain manufacturing sites Maintain required work standards and documents Purchasing Manager: - Securing and managing semiconductor raw materials inventory - Supply chain management through supplier discovery and maintenance - Stable material procurement system management including price negotiation and contract management - Support customer response through material quality and risk management - Supplier communication and delivery management Production Operation Manager: - Establishing production schedules by process according to production goals, progress management - Process monitoring and field data analysis - Supporting production resource management such as raw materials and manpower - Adjusting production volume and customer delivery management according to the capabilities of each manufacturing process

Qualifications

- Vietnamese nationals who have graduated from a 4-year Korean university or are expected to graduate by August 25 (Bachelor's degree or higher, master's and doctoral degrees are available) - Those majoring in science and engineering such as semiconductor engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, new materials, and industrial engineering, or business such as management, economics, trade, and accounting - Those who can work at our Vietnamese corporation (Bac Giang) - Those who have TOPIK level 4 or higher or Korean conversation skills - Those who do not have any disqualifications for applying for a visa (D-10, E-7) required for employment, special activities, etc.
