Qualifications

- Japanese national - IP licensing, sourcing or content marketing experience - Excellent negotiation and communication soft skills - Creative problem solving skills and design sense - Experience working in a multicultural environment

Preferred

- Fluent Korean and English speaking skills - 3+ years of experience in entertainment and platform related fields - Experience in K-POP, band culture, performance/concert/tour
