Job Description

- Taiwan online channel (our own mall/Shopee) CS customer response - Taiwan corporate unified receipt & payment related work processing and closing - Taiwan local import, shipment and overall logistics management/closing - Inventory management and shipment after demand forecasting - Taiwan local product sales certification management

Qualifications

- Those with more than 1 year of experience in CS or logistics (* or new hires can apply for an internship position) - (Required) Those who are living in Korea and are Taiwanese nationals with an F or E visa - (Required) Those who can communicate fluently in Korean - Those who have excellent ability to use work tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Notion

Preferred

- Someone with a high level of understanding of the Taiwanese market and consumer trends - Someone with experience in operating e-commerce and online channels - Someone with experience working in the beauty/health functional food industry - Someone with data-based thinking and the ability to collect and analyze data - Someone with excellent problem-solving skills and who is motivated by growth and achievement
