Job Description

Processing worker (labeling and QA set work) - Triple translation (local language–English–Korean) of multi-turn QA sets on environmental policies/laws/cases in Vietnam and Malaysia - Labeling data that analyzes conversation intent and context based on call center conversation voice (tagging for conversation intent classification, problem-solving stage, consultation difficulty, etc.) - Multi-turn QA sets that bundle call center Q&A through double translation (local language·Korean), review, and refinement > Review accuracy, naturalness, and context suitability of double-translated QA sets > Evaluate appropriateness of conversation labels (intention/stage/difficulty, etc.) > Provide feedback on awkward expressions, missing translations, sentence structure errors, etc.

Qualifications

[Vietnam/Malaysia] 1. Processing worker (labeling and QA set work) - Native Vietnamese or Malaysian speaker - Fluent in at least two of Korean, English, Vietnamese or Malaysian > Graduate of a related department (majoring in linguistics, translation studies) > Work experience (English, Vietnamese, Malaysian translation and usage experience)

- Fields with specialized (specific) interpretation/translation experience (ESG, environmental policy, international law, Southeast Asian policy, call center, etc.) > Expert knowledge related to ESG/environmental policy/international law/Southeast Asian policy - Level of interpretation/translation possible > (daily conversation level, business level, certain level or higher (public information, etc.), ESG, environmental policy, etc.) - Other conditions (writing history in written form, ability to interpret/translate documents above certain level, etc.) - Interpretation/translation experience and native speaker status, other specialized experience > Native Vietnamese/Malaysian speakers with literacy in the ESG field
