Recruitment of experienced overseas sales staff (China)

Job Description

- As a sales leader in the country/region, understand the medical imaging device market and establish and execute ultrasound business growth strategies based on this. * Responsible for executing the relevant strategies, from product operation strategies in the region to local marketing execution and performance, and leading related departments. • Market Analysis (Where to play) Market Analysis, Segmentation, Competitor Analysis • Sales Strategy (How to win) Launching and positioning products in the region, leading distribution, discovering new distribution channels, and discovering opportunities for bidding on government/hospital GPOs • Regional Marketing and Key Opinion Leader Securing KOLs and proposing academic collaborations related to relationship building, hospital/academic society collaboration marketing (on/offline marketing such as academic societies and education) • Sales Management Managing orders, inventory, accounts receivable, and SCM non-performing

Qualifications

- Excellent Chinese language skills - Experience in sales in Chinese-speaking countries - Experience in overseas sales performance led by self - Possess analysis-based planning ability and execution ability

Preferred

• Experience in overseas sales and marketing in the medical imaging equipment or healthcare field • Experience in product planning/development in the healthcare field • Direct communication with medical personnel and hospital account management capabilities • Experience residing in the region, dispatched/resident, and excellent language skills • Major in science and engineering • Japanese language skills
