Main duties • Responsible for CS of Japan Playo. • Respond to users through non-face-to-face means such as email and customer center. • Resolve complaints quickly through user inquiries to improve satisfaction. • Works such as community monitoring, notification sending, and event support.

Qualifications • Those who are good at communicating in Japanese • Those who agree with the importance of CS work that finds and solves problems through conversations with users • Those who can look at problems from the user's perspective and explain the service in easy sentences • Those who are not afraid to actively communicate with the relevant departments and solve problems when they arise
