- Create high-quality English speech-to-text training data to improve our AI models - Develop and document guidelines for data creation and quality review - Manage external data labeling contributors, monitor quality, and ensure consistency

- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) - Strong logical thinking and strategic planning abilities - Comfortable adapting to a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment - No specific degree or major required
