Job Description

This role is responsible for overall contract management and business support within the business unit, including negotiation of marketing contracts with English-speaking influencers and compensation management. (*Does not directly remit money.) - Negotiation and management of overseas influencer contracts - Operation support work for the North American business headquarters

Qualifications

- Someone who fits the support personality - Someone who focuses on completing assigned tasks without fail and stabilizing operations - Someone who enjoys organizing requests from multiple departments and coordinating schedules and priorities - Someone who communicates based on transparent communication and is highly receptive to feedback - Someone who knows the value of working as a team rather than as an individual - More than 1 year of relevant experience - Someone who has Business Level or higher English communication skills (relevant English test scores required) - A Level 2 or higher computer proficiency certificate or equivalent skills (Excel test to be conducted)
