Job Description
• Plastic surgery consultation and surgery attraction for Japanese customers • 1:1 customer response and care before and after surgery (online and offline) • Communication coordination with hospitals • Japanese interpretation and translation
Qualifications
ㆍFluent Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) ㆍPeople with interest and understanding of the hospital and beauty industry ㆍPeople who are confident in customer communication and have a service mindset
Preferred
ㆍThose with experience in Japanese interpretation and consultation in hospitals or beauty industries ㆍThose with experience in medical tourism or beauty-related work

ㆍEmployment type: Full-time (Training period - 3 months, 100% salary paid during training period) ㆍWorking hours: 5 days a week (Mon-Sat) 10:00-19:00 (Commencement 8:30-10:00, leaving 17:30-19:00 Flexible working hours system)
