Job Description

• Cosmetic surgery consultations and surgical recruitment for Japanese clients. • One-on-one customer support and care (online and offline) before and after surgery. • Hospital appointment booking and customer feedback management. • Interpreting and translation services related to attracting Japanese patients.

Qualifications

• Native Japanese speaker • Flexible work process and a strong sense of responsibility to address a variety of issues

Preferred

• Preference will be given to experience working in a plastic surgery or dermatology clinic. • At least one year of customer service experience. • Positive and positive communication skills.
