Thai law firm customer service (telephone and in-person consultations and interpretation and translation)

Job Description

1. Responding to phone calls, messages, face-to-face, and non-face-to-face consultations for Thai clients residing in Korea (interpretation and translation) 2. Communication with clients and receipt of basic information in the initial stages of legal consultation and case referral 3. Summary of client inquiries from Thai to Korean 4. Support for communication with in-house lawyers 5. Writing and translating other simple documents, and assisting with litigation

Qualifications

Must be fluent in Thai and Korean and able to communicate for Korean office work

1. Those who have experience working in an office in Korea 2. Those who have legal residency in Korea 3. Simple marketing and video editing
