Recruiting Foreign Fresh Sales Managers The number of foreign residents in Korea is increasing day by day, and we are recruiting foreign fresh sales managers. Core Responsibilities Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Responsible for developing and effectively executing sales strategies to achieve the company's sales goals. Sales Team Management & Development: Responsible for managing the sales team, providing necessary training and guidance to help team members grow and improve overall performance. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Responsible for maintaining and developing good relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting long-term cooperation. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Regularly conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance, identify trends, and submit detailed performance reports to superiors. New Market & Customer Development: Actively explore potential new markets and new customers, expand business scope, and bring new growth opportunities to the company.

Qualifications

- Korean language proficiency at TOPIK Level 5-6 is required.
