Job Description

Japanese short-form drama production work: - Discovering new production companies and strengthening cooperative relationships with existing partners - Providing constructive feedback and efficient production management for the entire production process from planning, shooting, to post-production - Negotiating production structure and signing production contracts Completing high-quality content through drama subtitles and video master review: - Analysis of user and industry trends - Analysis of user preferences through global viewer reviews and monitoring of viewing times by country - Finding opportunities to improve content quality through monitoring global industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

- If you are Korean, you must have a business level of Japanese or higher - If you are Japanese, you must have a business level of Korean or higher - You must have at least 3 years of work experience in an IT startup, content production company, or entertainment company - You must be able to communicate smoothly with production companies - You must be able to flexibly cope with a fast-paced work environment - You must wish to work in a global environment

Preferred

- Those with video production experience or experience working at a video production company or OTT industry - Those who are interested in short-form dramas and usually watch a lot of them - Those who have an understanding of the short-form drama industry
