Job Description

The Marketing Manager will support SEMPER M’s marketing planning and campaign execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who is ready to step into strategic planning (기획), coordination, and content-driven marketing activities in a technical B2B environment. Key Responsibilities – Strategic Planning (기획 중심) - Assist in developing quarterly marketing plans in coordination with senior management - Monitor market trends, compile competitor insights, and support strategic proposal development - Help design campaign frameworks (online/offline) across digital, brand, and event channels - Contribute to building structured marketing roadmaps and execution timelines - Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product) and external vendors to align efforts - Support tracking of campaign results and reporting on key metric

Qualifications

- 2–4 years of marketing experience (preferably in B2B or technical product sectors such as architecture, real estate, engineering, or automation) - Some experience or coursework in marketing planning (기획), campaign design, or brand building - Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, content marketing, or CRM tools - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management - Effective communicator, both in cross-functional settings and in content creation - Fluent in Korean and English (TOPIK 5 or above)
