Job Description

Support for managing existing business partners and sales growth - Drive sales growth of business partners through close communication with existing B2B business partners - Planning and executing joint promotions/marketing with retail channels such as Gold Apple - Monitor sales prices & market prices of business partners Finding new buyers - Finding potential customers and developing new buyers in major CIS countries including Russia - Finding B2B partners and proposing brands through various channels such as local distributors and retailers Market and trend analysis - Deriving insights through analysis of local competitors and K-Beauty trends - Internally sharing sales performance and customer feedback by market/channel

Qualifications

- 4 to 6 years of experience in overseas B2B sales of cosmetics      - Someone who is fluent in English and comfortable using it

Preferred

- Someone who is fluent in Russian and comfortable using it - Someone with experience in B2B sales of cosmetics in CIS countries - Someone with excellent communication skills to coordinate work with partners - Someone who likes to proactively create work and has clear goals for a global brand - Someone who is altruistic and optimistic as a team player
