MD&MKT Part Leader (Taiwan)

Job Description

- Planning and sourcing fashion/beauty products/brands suitable for the Greater China (Taiwan, Hong Kong) K-Fashion, Beauty market - - Management of partnerships with fashion and beauty brands and aggressively discovering new companies with high potential - Actively exploring collaborations with partners based on understanding of the company's BM (B2C, influencer tools) - Sales policy, price policy management, promotion planning and management through sales data and trend analysis - Promotion of partner brand products and securing sales using the company's owned media and paid advertising channels - Preemptive management of target sales and profits, etc. and establishment and execution of sales activation strategies for major brands - Human resource management and leadership for MD and MKT departments

Qualifications

- Taiwanese nationals residing in Korea with an E or F visa - Those with practical skills through at least 3 years of relevant work experience on an e-commerce (comprehensive shopping mall, etc.) platform - Those with excellent understanding of the needs of Taiwanese and Hong Kong customers and the ability to quickly grasp Korean trends - Those with the ability to communicate and make decisions based on indicators regarding goals and performance - Those who are easy to build relationships with various partners and have the power of persuasion to increase participation in partner onboarding and sales activation
