Job Description

- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience - Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, both in-person and over the phone - Collaborate with other departments to deliver high-quality, personalized service - Maintain accurate guest records and handle administrative duties using property management systems - Ensure lobby and front desk area is consistently clean, orderly, and guest-ready

Qualifications

- Conversational Korean proficiency (Ability to communicate with Korean guests) - Fluency in English for professional communication - Valid working visa in Korea or ability to legally work in Korea - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Willingness to learn and adapt in a luxury hotel environment - Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts

Preferred

- Previous experience in luxury hotels, hospitality, or customer service roles - Fluency in additional languages - Service-oriented mindset with attention to cultural sensitivity and detail - Hospitality or tourism-related educational background is a plus
